Delete your account
You can ask labamobi to delete your account and the personal data stored for your shop. You do not need the app installed.
How to request it
Email support@laba.mobi from the account email. Put “Delete my labamobi account” in the subject and name the shop. In the app, the same request is under Help → Legal → Delete account.

What we delete
- The labamobi login for that account
- Personal data in that shop’s orders, customers, attendance, and support messages
- Profile details tied to the request
What we may keep
Payment records and security logs stay when Philippine law, a billing dispute, or fraud prevention requires them. We keep only what we must. Uninstalling the app only removes the PIN and printer link on that phone. Cloud shop data stays until this request is finished.
