Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 14, 2026 · labamobi Incorporated (SEC Registration No. 2026090269674-00) · labamobi Android app (ph.labamobi.app) and laba.mobi

By creating a labamobi account or using the Android app or this website, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are a contract between you and labamobi for business use in the Philippines. The same text is shown in the app before you create an account.

1. Acceptance

Creating an account, installing the app, or using laba.mobi means you accept these terms. The current terms are always at laba.mobi/terms.

2. Service

labamobi is a laundry shop operations platform for businesses, not a consumer marketplace and not a service directed at children. Features include multi-branch order management, bag QR scanning and floor stations (for example Reserve, Washing, Drying, Iron, Ready), customer records, delivery stop tracking, staff roles, attendance check-in/out, Bluetooth ticket printing, customer messages, reports, subscription billing, and public order-tracking pages on laba.mobi. What you can use depends on your role, branch access, and active subscription.

3. Accounts, roles, and devices

You must provide accurate business and staff information and keep it up to date. Owners and managers control staff invites, roles, and page access. You are responsible for credentials, the device PIN or biometric unlock on each phone, and all activity under accounts or devices you authorize. Keep PIN and login details confidential. You must have a lawful basis to enter customer and staff personal data into the app.

4. Branches and operations

Orders, customers, attendance, scanning, and delivery stops are scoped to the active branch. Another location is arranged with labamobi. The app shows your shop code and does not add a location or take payment. You are responsible for correct branch selection, map pins, service pricing, and floor workflows. One mark per bag scan is required to advance stations; do not bypass scan rules.

5. Attendance

Staff may check in and check out with a registered branch ID badge (contactless). A completed check-in and check-out for that staff member’s scheduled shift may lock further self-punches until the next shift. Attendance records are for your business operations. You remain responsible for labor compliance under Philippine law.

6. Printing, SMS, and connectivity

Ticket printing uses a paired Bluetooth printer on a designated print-station phone. On the Google Play app, a customer text opens in your phone’s Messages app and you tap Send. That build does not request SMS permission, does not send texts by itself, and does not read your inbox. The install from laba.mobi can send from your SIM only after you grant SMS permission. We do not read your SMS inbox on either install. Your carrier’s rates apply. An internet connection is required for sync, login, subscription, and most live features.

7. Subscriptions and payments

The app shows your shop code. It does not sell a plan, an extra branch, hardware, or other digital items, and it does not take a card or a payment photo. Paying on laba.mobi is separate: you may upload a receipt there, and access starts after we verify it. Plans and hardware can also be arranged with labamobi. On the Google Play listing, purchases of digital subscriptions and other digital items, when offered in that listing, must use the payment method Google Play requires. labamobi does not collect your card number for those Play purchases. Google’s refund rules apply to Play purchases. Fees paid to labamobi outside Google Play are non-refundable except where Philippine law requires a refund. We may change pricing with notice. We do not sell personal data and the app does not show ads.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to other businesses or branches, forge payment records, disrupt service, scrape data, upload unlawful content, or use the app for unlawful activity. You may not use customer data for purposes unrelated to running the shop. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Data and content

You retain ownership of your business data (orders, customers, staff, attendance, and related records). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. A track link you share shows the order status the shop published to anyone who has that link.

10. Account deletion

You can ask us to delete the account and the personal data tied to the shop without reinstalling the app. In the app, open Help → Legal → Delete account, or go to laba.mobi/delete. Email support@laba.mobi from the account email and name the shop. Uninstalling the app does not delete cloud shop data. What we delete, and what we may keep, is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

labamobi is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed pickups, SMS delivery failures, printer hardware issues, or downtime. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Philippine law does not allow us to limit.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date above is the latest revision. Material changes may also be noted in the app.
